| Details: Our Monthly Wine Dinners spotlight the talent of our Chef's and local Wine Retailers. During these Dinners, both our Chef's and Wine Representatives speak about the food and wine to explain why they were paired together. These events are great opportunity for a novice wine drinker to experience the wide realm of different types of wine. These dinners also exhibit how food pairing accentuates the flavor of both the wine and the cuisine.

The Menu for this month's Wine Dinner are as follows - Wines TBD.
Appetizer: Seafood Gumbo - shrimp, crab, and crawfish with andouille sausage, okra and traditional spices.
Salad: Tender baby spinach with orange wedges, red onions, bacon and tomatoes topped with apple cider vinaigrette.
Entree: Slow roasted Coca Cola beef brisket with creamy roasted garlic mashed potatoes and broccoli florets au gratin.
Dessert: Warm bourbon chocolate pecan pie served with hand dipped vanilla bean ice cream.
